Here is the Recipe for “Recipes for Peace” readers I hope you will like it and share with me your results.
15 Cherry tomatos
1 small Lettuce
50 grams of the best tofu you can find
2 slices of toasted bread cut into equal cubes
1 tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy souse
Juice from 1 lemon
1) Squeeze the tofu until all the liquids are gone, cut it into equal cubes, and then fry with the soy sauce tell it’s brown and crispy.
2) Cut all the vegetables as you like and mix everything together with lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil and the salt.
3) Add the crispy toast bread.4) Eat in 5 min 😀
